Pure Leu-HICA™ - a leucic acid, also known as alpha-hydroxy-isocaproic acid (HICA) is a natural metabolite of the branched chain amino acid, L-Leucine. This means HICA is totally natural. It could be beneficial for athletes who are trying to add lean muscle mass or prevent lean tissue loss.
