Recommended dosage: For people with body weight to 90 kg take 6 tablets daily, others above 90 kg of body weight take 6-12 tablets daily, preferably at bedtime. Wash down with plenty of water.

Ingredients: Peptides form restructured Micellar Casein /from milk/(milk protein isolate, soya lecithin), anticaking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; croscarmellose sodium; anticaking agents: magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.
