GreenDay^® Methionine 1000 mg is essential amino acid, which is not produced by the body and must be obtained in the diet.

Amino acids are used by the body to build proteins. Proteins are essential for the formation of cells and are also involved in the biochemical structure of hormones, enzymes, neurotransmitters and antibodies.

Recommended dosage: As a food supplement, take 1 or 2 capsules daily, preferably before the training, during the non-training days, you can take it half an hour before any meal or at bedtime. Wash down with plenty of water. 

Ingredients: L-Methionine, gelatin capsule (made from pure gelatin, water, dye: titanium dioxide), anticaking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.

Allergen warning: It may contain traces of milk, eggs, soybeans, gluten and shellfish.
