QuickGel with caffeine is a super concentrated energy caffeine gel in a handy format to give you more long energy during physical exercise.

It combines 3 types of carbohydrates: mono-, olygo- and polysacharides like the glucose, maltose and highly branched cyclic dextrin (HBCD) Cluster Dextrin^®, enriched with Taurine, Vitamin C, Vitamin B6 and Magnesium to contribute to normal muscle function and help with reduction of tiredness, fatigue and cramps that appear in long duration sports.

Carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function (contraction) after highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle.
The beneficial effect is obtained with the consumption of carbohydrates, from all sources, at a total intake of 4 g per kg body weight, at doses, within the first 4 hours and no later than 6 hours, following highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle.

Recommended dosage: Take 1 gels (sachets – 45 g/sachet) during final phase of your endurance sport performance (approx. last 30 minutes or final 5 kilometres). Always wash down with 100 ml of water.

Lemon flavor:

Ingredients: glucose-maltose sirup, purified water, 100% highly branched cyclic dextrin Cluster Dextrin^®, fruit juice from concentrate 3,6 % (maltodextrin, apple fruit concentrate); magnesium citrate (magnesium), taurine, preserving agent: potassium sorbate, caffeine anhydrous, acidifying agents: citric acid and malic acid; preserving agent: sodium benzoate; stabilizer: xanthan gum; aroma, ascorbic acid (Vit. C), pyridoxine HCl (vit. B6).

Blood orange flavor:

Ingredients: glucose-maltose sirup, purified water, 100% highly branched cyclic dextrin Cluster Dextrin^®, fruit juice from concentrate 3,6 % (maltodextrin, orange fruit concentrate); magnesium citrate (magnesium), taurine, acidifying agents: citric acid; preserving agent: potassium sorbate, caffeine anhydrous, aroma, preserving agent: sodium benzoate; stabilizer: xanthan gum; ascorbic acid (Vit. C), pyridoxine HCl (vit. B6).

Warning: Limit the use of caffeine-containing medications, foods, or beverages while taking this product because too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness, and occasionally rapid heartbeat.
