Recommended dosage:
Mix 1 scoop (level scoop = 25 g) of Amix™ Clear Whey Hydrolyzate with 250 ml of cold water. Use a blender or hand held shaker, mix for 30 seconds. Have 1-3 servings daily between meals, depending on daily need of proteins. Serving scoop included, but may settle to the bottom during shipping.
