Co-Q10 (Coenzyme Q10) is also known as Ubiquinone or vitamin Q. It is a fat-soluble substance which human body naturally produces from diet that plays a critical role in the production of energy the human body.

The body´s ability to produce Coenzyme Q10 decreases with age and so it is important to continuously supplement the body with Coenzyme Q10 supplements.

The maximum daily intake is 60 mg of Coenzyme Q10.

Recommended dosage: Take 1 softgel daily with food. Wash down with plenty of water.

Ingredients: Soybean oil, gelatin, coenzyme Q10, glycerin, purified water, dyes: iron oxide red and iron oxide yellow.
