ZMA^® is a unique patent-pending mineral support formula with highly bioavailable forms of zinc and magnesium, including zinc l-monomethionine (L-OptiZinc^® – U.S. Patent 5,278,329).

Formulated with vitamin B6 to further enhance zinc and magnesium absorption and utilization.

ZMA^® is the original zinc-magnesium supplement developed by SNAC Systems, Inc. and the only one validated by the published research.

Recommended dosage: Men take 3 or women take 2 capsules daily, preferably on an empty stomach 30-60 minutes before bedtime. For best results, avoid taking with dairy or other calcium – containing foods or supplements.

Ingredients: ZMA^® (zinc in the form L-Monomethionine sulphate and L-Aspartate; magnesium citrate, magnesium oxide, pyridoxine HCl); vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, purified water, dye: calcium carbonate), anticaking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.

Allergen warning: It may contain traces of milk, eggs, soybeans, gluten and shellfish (crustaceans and molluscs).
